" I help the owner(s) make more money with less stress"

Example Clients: Problems & Solutions - Example D

In this example, I outline the problem and some of the solutions for this type of client.

A Joinery Shop - The Problems:

A joinery shop making windows, doors and custom units.

Turns over about £800,000 per year. The firm generally does well and the owner makes quite good money.

His wife does the books but there are often problems with the deductions from employees and each year the accountant complains about the state of the books ....

The Solution:

The solution is simple enough - we devise a system that suits the business, and gives the owner what he wants to know. We then get the system going and show his wife how to operate it. There is no reason for us to be involved beyond the system's implementation.
